Install ScripturesNote

Add ScripturesNote to your device's home screen so it opens like an app, full screen with no browser bars. It stays up to date on its own — there's nothing to download or update.

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open scripturesnote.com in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button — the square with an up-arrow, at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add in the top corner. The ScripturesNote icon appears on your home screen.

It must be Safari — the built-in browsers inside apps like Facebook or Messages hide this option. If you don't see "Add to Home Screen," open the site in Safari directly.

On Android

  1. Open scripturesnote.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen).
  4. Confirm. The icon appears on your home screen.

Chrome sometimes shows an "Install" banner on its own — you can tap that too. Most other Android browsers (Edge, Samsung Internet, Firefox) work the same way from their menu.

On a computer

  1. Open scripturesnote.com in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Look at the right end of the address bar for a small install icon — a monitor with a down-arrow.
  3. Click it, then click Install.

On a Mac using Safari, choose File → Add to Dock.
